1. License Requirements: When fishing Lake Delton, please adhere to the Statewide Fishing Regulations found on pages 7-10 of the 2009-2010 Fishing Regulations from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources & Bureau of Fisheries Management.
2. Open Season, Daily Limit & Minimum Lengths: General Inland Waters rules apply to Lake Delton (found on page 56-57 of the 2009-2010 Fishing Regulations). Lake Delton is in the Southern Zone.

According to a recent report from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, it will take approximately two to three years (2009 to 2011, 2012) for the fishing to be fully restored in the rebuilt lake and for the majority of the released fish to reach their legal size limit.
