Both facilities are city inspected and licensed. Accommodations are dorm style and feature week to week leases. Furnishings including bed linens, in-room microwave and refrigerator are included in rates. All rooms include private baths and have use of common kitchen facilties and coin laundry. Off street parking is also available. Location is close to downtown, library, grocery store, train station, and many other amenities. Year-round accommodations are limited to 12 individuals.
