09/14/2009 "We really enjoyed Rick Wilcox's magic show! So much, that my wife posted something about it on her blog. ---------- Sunday, August 30, 2009 Last Summer Hoorah This past Wednesday we did our last Hoorah of the summer. A trip to WI Dells to see the magic show. I had a friend watch Nathan for me so John and I could just take the older boys. We went to the Rick Wilcox Magic show. We stopped at Moose Jaw for a pizza and games before the show and had a great time there. David and I are addicted to "deal or no deal". The magic show was worth every dollar we spent. Now that is a lot coming from me. I expect a lot when I spend $39 a seat for a magic show. If you have never seen this show I would highly recommend it. My boys were wide eyed and open mouthed thru much of the show. Caleb laughed out loud several times. We were CLOSE and could see how things were done - well sort of. At one point John asked Caleb "How did he do that?" to which Caleb replied "Magic!" 09/28/2008 "I first saw The Rick Wilcox magic Show in '07, and recently saw it again this Sep. It it without exception, THE BEST thing in the Dells!!! This show is not to be missed! Rick & Suzan have created a show for the whole family. I saw the show with my family and everyone, from my 64 yr old father, to my 6yr old son were thourghly amazaed!!!! The show is also VERY funny! 07/17/2008 "My wife and I have seen the show 5 or more times with our children and friends and can not wait to see the show again. Brought my retired parents to the show in '07 and Rick was doing the lose the watch trick where a participant from the audience goes on stage. He chose my Father and long story short we all had tears of laughter running down our cheaks, I do not remember my Mother ever laughing so long and so hard, a memorable experience. We were so impressed with the magic that we put a trip together to Las Vegas thinking that if it's this good in Wisconsin, it would be incredibly exciting in Vegas. 01/13/2008 "We tooka family weekend to our favorite resort. We invited my daughter's best friend to go along with us, so my daughter had someone to play with in the water park. My husband & I had it all planned to suprised the girls with the Rick Wilcox show. The morning we decided to go, we were not sure we would get tickets, since it was Easter weekend. When we called, we spoke to Rick himself! Not only did we get tickets, we ended up getting front row seats. And my husband was picked from the audience to participate in an illusion. 01/12/2008 "My family and I visited Wisc Dells in about 2004. THe best part, in my opinion, was the Rick Wilcox Theater. Rick was very friendly and very sociable. He was in the lobby before and after the show and mingled with the visitors. He and his wife were very personable.
