Don’t get us wrong, modern-day conveniences are awesome. But sometimes, keeping things old school is pretty sweet too. Take the drive-in theater for example. While many have disappeared, the Big Sky Twin Drive-In Theater remains an iconic Wisconsin Dells attraction. It opened in the early 1950s and is family-owned just like many other attractions in the Dells.
Imagine, two big screens, two first-run shows for the price of one every night on each screen, stereo sound, and a snack bar that is just too tempting to pass up. Hot buttered popcorn is a must, and we also recommend the Big Mama Burger and cotton candy.
Movies start at dusk and are played rain or shine May-Fall. Note: Cash only. Hey, we said it’s old-school!
