Fairfield Hills Golf Course & Driving Range

What makes this golf course near Wisconsin Dells a standout is that you have options – play 3, 9, 12, or 18 holes, with most holes a straight shot making it ideal for new golfers. Most holes are par 3s and 4s, with hole #11 the only par 5. There are three sets of tees, perfect for players of all ages and abilities. You Choose - Back or Front Nine at Cold Water Canyon

Here’s a terrific bit of trivia – Cold Water Canyon’s traditional-style front nine was built in 1923, so cheers to their centennial! The back nine, a link-style course, came in 1999. For families, it’s a toss-up of which nine to play, as they both provide breathtaking views and some nice challenges without being overwhelming. The Tavern Restaurant and patio come highly recommended for post-round food and drinks.

There’s also a fun 12-hole short course called 12North and an entertaining one-acre putting course. Don’t pass up the championship dining experience here, with the Friday night fish fry, Saturday prime rib, and Sunday brunch favorites among visitors and locals alike.
