The vibrant beer scene of the Wisconsin Dells area is brewing something new! Join us for a beer-filled season opening celebration at Elm Street Plaza in downtown Wisconsin Dells. The first-ever Dells On Tap presents: Signature Springtime Sips is here, and we’re ready to toast to craft beer and good times.

The event features exceptional craft breweries showcasing their finest classic and seasonal beers. Whether you’re a fan of IPAs, stouts, lagers, or something in between, this event promises to pour up something for everyone.

Pair your beer with mouthwatering bites while enjoying live music that sets the perfect backdrop for a laid-back spring day. Challenge your friends to a game of corn hole, or simply kick back and soak in the lively atmosphere. Don’t miss your chance to raise a glass and be part of this exciting new tradition!

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, January 24, 2025 at noon.

Where do I exchange my ticket?

Event registration opens at 12:00pm the day of event at Elm Street Plaza, 350 Broadway, Wisconsin Dells.

Can my child/children/family attend with me?

This event is for guests who are 21 years or older.

Can I bring my own mug into the event?

No, only the mugs provided at the event are allowed.

Only full price tickets are available for this event.

There will be a wide variety of beer styles to cater to every taste.

Will there be seltzers available to taste?

No, seltzers will not be available at the event.

Will there be food available?

Yes, food will be available for purchase on the festival grounds.

Can I bring in my own snacks?

Food is available for purchase inside. Other carry-ins are not allowed.

Can I bring my own chair to the event?

No, you may not. There are a variety of seating options available around the festival grounds.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are not allowed on the festival grounds.

3 Sheeps Brewing

Founded in 2012, Three Sheeps started with a homebrew kit in Sheboygan, WI. They quickly began to grow and eventually moved into the corner of an old sock factory. A few years and thousands of gallons later, Three Sheeps expanded into two facilities, and offerings ranging from IPAs to Hard Seltzers. In 2025, the company is celebrating 13 years of bringing you the best possible beer and fully committed to forever improving and innovating. The best is yet to come!

608 Brewing Company

608 Brewing Company was founded in La Crosse, WI, in 2018 with a devotion to brewing great beer with the best ingredients. Since then, they’ve made a name for themselves with bold beers and an aggressive brewing schedule – averaging around 80 unique beers a year. In 2024, they opened a second taproom in Holmen, WI, and continue to shake things up in their little slice of paradise in the Driftless Region.

Gravity Box Brewing Company

Gravity Box Brewing Company, located in nearby Mauston, Wisconsin, was opened in 2019. They are an independently owned and operated, producing Ales, Lagers, Sours, and house-made classic sodas. In addition to brews, they also make non-alcoholic beers, and nitro-fueled cold-brew coffee. Gravity Box’s slogan is “Local People. Local Beer.” and with beer crafted onsite, it hits the glass fresh as can be.

Hillsboro Brewing Co.

Founded in 2012, Hillsboro Brewing Company started with the birth of Joe Beer, named after patriarch Joe Verbsky. Another family-named beverage brewed by Hillsboro Brewing Company is Beckham’s Root Beer, named after the owners’ grandson. Their beer is brewed in a renovated turn-of-the-century historical building in the heart of the Driftless Wisconsin Area and will surely please your palate and warm your soul.

Hop & Barrel Brewing

Hop & Barrel Brewing is a Wisconsin craft brewery delivering high-quality, consistent, and approachable beer statewide. Lake 11 Brewery

Lake 11 Brewery opened in November 2022 in downtown Medford, WI. Founded by two Medford natives who have returned from the wild with a list of ideas and a passion for beer, 13 different beer options on tap are offered, ranging from light lagers to stouts depending on the time of year. Lake 11 is located in Taylor County, which is home to the most miles of the Ice Age Trail.

Moosejaw Pizza & Dells Brewing Co.

Moosejaw Pizza & Dells Brewing Co. is located here in Wisconsin Dells! Dells Brewing Co. creates hand-crafted brews, including 12 different styles of microbrews and eight classic sodas. Be sure to stop in and try the new Barrel-Aged draft line, which has already “cellared” or aged for 12-24 months. Moosejaw Pizza is also home to Sconnie Beer, which epitomizes all of what it means to be a Wisconsinite.

New Glarus Brewing Company

New Glarus Brewing Company opened its doors in 1993, and quickly outgrew their production capabilities. Jump forward to 1997, and after many awards and successes their signature beer, Spotted Cow, was created. Facing growing demand, the owners expanded from Riverside Brewery to establish Hilltop Brewery in 2006, now a top destination producing 230,000 barrels annually. With specialty beers, research and development, the commitment to innovation and quality is reflected in every New Glarus brew.

Pals Brewing Company

What started as a far-fetched Thanksgiving idea, eventually turned into a great family venture in 2015, with the first brewery opening in North Platte, NE. After crafting microbrews in Nebraska, family members of the owners who call Wisconsin Dells home decided that they needed to bring Pals here to share with others. And so, in 2024, Pals Brewing Company Wisconsin Dells opened its doors, serving the same great microbrews as the first brewery in North Platte, NE!

Surly Brewing Co.

Minnesota based Surly Brewing Company was founded in 2006 to create the kind of craft beer that true beer lovers enjoy. Surly quickly outgrew their spot, and in 2014 moved into a larger space in Prospect Park, MN. Each day, Surly relentlessly pursues craft beer perfection by pushing boundaries, honing techniques, and sweating the details.
